Today, we announced new capabilities for our ScanSnap Cloud feature for iX Series models. ScanSnap Cloud, first introduced in June 2016, is a free app that delivers scanned data directly to your favorite cloud service without the need for a computer or mobile device.
The new upgrades increase the convenience and flexibility of one-button scanning:
• OCR capabilities (up to 500 pages per month), enable users to create searchable PDFs of their scanned documents and send them to their chosen repository
Also, with additional integrations to our portfolio including QuickBooks Online and Concur Expense, ScanSnap Cloud empowers small businesses by connecting scanning workflows directly to line of business applications. With the push of a button, customers eliminate multi-step processes to digitize, save and use information.
